RETURNING REFEREES

Returning Refs will be required to attend a 30- to 40-minute zoom meeting at one of the following times:

Saturday, May 15 – 9 a.m.
Monday, May 17 – 7 p.m.
Tuesday, May 25 – 7 p.m.

They will be required to take and pass all tests. The tests will be sent after they have attended the meeting. They will still be required to take the Strokes and Turns class if they are not USA Certified. That class will be sent either after they have attended this meeting, or earlier if you email to request it: christy@gralva.com.

RETURNING REFEREES, STROKES & TURNS, STARTERS, AND CLERKS WHO NEED CLASS

These returning officials will be required to observe the video of their class and do some active responding. Please send the names and emails (and specify which class) of those who need to take the class to christy@gralva.com. Tests will be sent once it has been confirmed that they have viewed the entire class.

For Starters and Clerks who just need to take the test, please also send names and emails to christy@gralva.com.

NEW OFFICIALS

New Officials will be required to observe the video of their class and do some active responding. Please email Christy at christy@gralva.com with the emails of new officials so the video links can be sent. When it has been confirmed that they have viewed the entire online class, the test will be emailed to them. Then they will be required to take and pass the test.

TABLE WORKERS

The Table Worker class will be online and there will be a test. Please send emails of Head Table Workers to Christy at christy@gralva.com. At least one Head Table Worker is advised from each team to take the class and test. Only Head Table Workers need to do this. There should be one Head Table Worker from the home team each meet. There is no walking component for Table Workers. This class is required in 2021 for new and experienced table workers.
